Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our team immediately. This role is based in Kansas City, MO with the flexibility to work remotely from Florida and other locations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Execute on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup gaps.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content calendars and strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of Google algorithm updates (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird).
- Proficiency with technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to the Kansas City office as needed.
