Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of 10+ developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Execute Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Manage $500K+ budgets and track KPIs using Smartsheet
- Facilitate client workshops and executive stakeholder communications
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Deliver bi-weekly progress reports to C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record in healthcare or fintech verticals
- Expertise in MS Project, Asana, and resource allocation tools
- Exceptional communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to onboard within 72 hours of offer acceptance
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
