Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment and care in acute/critical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Lead patient/family education on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Valid BLS/ACLS certifications
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified international candidates
