Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care units with 24/7 nursing support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Provide mentorship to nursing students and new staff members
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for immediate Arizona licensure)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years acute care experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
- Eligibility for TN visa sponsorship (H-1B visa holders welcome)
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
