Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital signs, injections, and EKGs
- Assist providers in clinical examinations and minor procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Perform laboratory tests and phlebotomy procedures
- Administer medications under provider supervision
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
