Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues with minimal supervision
- Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Implement system upgrades and security patches proactively
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in urgent situations
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
