Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and security protocols
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
