Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
