Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage hardware/software solutions across 100+ endpoints
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on Azure/AWS infrastructure optimization
- Lead hardware refresh projects and lifecycle management
- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and Nagios tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support or infrastructure
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening immediately
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
