Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems including OS installations
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk ticketing system
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and cloud services
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
