Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in high-volume hotel/restaurant environments
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness standards across public and back-of-house areas
- Collaborate with diverse teams during peak seasonal demand periods
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with inventory management and supply organization
- Participate in mandatory pre-season training programs
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa eligibility (or ability to obtain sponsorship)
- Minimum 6 months hospitality/customer service experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Availability to work evenings/weekends/holidays through 2026
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Valid passport and clean criminal background record
