Responsibilities
- Perform agricultural harvesting and processing duties in accordance with OSHA and USDA standards
- Operate specialized farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict quality control protocols during production cycles
- Participate in mandatory safety training and certification programs
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to seasonal production schedules and deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility (must be outside US at time of application)
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts in outdoor/warehouse environments
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Availability to start immediately upon visa approval
- Valid US driver's license (required for equipment operation)
