Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of our flagship downtown hotel
- Lead and mentor diverse international team members
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all service touchpoints
- Coordinate with global booking platforms and tour operators
- Implement cultural competency training for staff
- Oversee inventory management and budget adherence
- Resolve guest concerns with diplomatic cross-cultural communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience
- Fluency in English + one additional language required
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Alaska residency or immediate relocation capability
