Responsibilities
- Execute paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns with daily performance monitoring
- Develop email marketing sequences with Mailchimp
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and CTAs
- Analyze campaign ROI and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with design team on creative assets
- Manage $10K+ monthly ad budgets
Qualifications
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Proven Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager certification
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer
