Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely to ensure timely processing of goods.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to create a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (for delivery roles).
