Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in English and additional languages
- Resolve inquiries, process transactions, and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, Vietnamese, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience or relevant internship
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid work authorization or willingness to pursue sponsorship
