Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process reservations and manage booking systems with accuracy
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and dining teams
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license (for valet rotations)
