Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 hourly staff during peak weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Optimize guest experiences through real-time operational adjustments
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend demand surges
- Implement safety protocols during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality/supervisory experience required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri/Sat/Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Proficient in Opera/PMS systems
- Nevada Gaming License or willingness to obtain
- Advanced conflict resolution skills
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Valid Nevada driver's license
