Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage resort reservations and inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with guest requests and concierge services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Participate in daily team briefings
Qualifications
