Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Operate warehouse management software to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; no degree required for this role.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
