Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms to meet company standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific education is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
