Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, including coordinating across time zones.
- Handle incoming calls and direct correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents with high accuracy.
- Order and maintain office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and payroll processing support.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
