Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect equipment and machinery for any defects or safety hazards before operation.
- Package and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Valid driver's license (for some positions requiring local transport).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
