Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume Hiring Event logistics and attendee experience.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Facilitate the placement of candidates into Weekly Pay positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future Careers in California and Kentucky markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Willingness to travel for on-site Hiring Events in Louisville, KY.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
