Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet strict quality standards before shipping.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying documentation and ensuring timely delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
