Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow employees regarding tasks and issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to cross-train in various departments as needed.
