Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure accuracy of shipments.
- Maintain a 5S compliance standard in all work areas to ensure safety.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a safe workspace by following all OSHA and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new warehouse technology.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
