Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Reviews: Lead the technical review process, ensuring code quality, best practices, and adherence to security standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to office locations in Detroit, MI and North Carolina for team collaboration and events.
