Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Architect and optimize backend APIs using Node.js, Python, or Java to ensure high performance and security.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices across the team.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement performance improvements.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of features before deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and state management libraries.
- Proven track record of working with RESTful APIs and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
