Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize workflow and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory status and operational needs.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of performing the duties required in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
