Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not strictly required.
