Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and attendees at our hiring event and job sites with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage event flow, guide visitors to registration desks, and answer basic inquiries.
- Assist in setting up event spaces, including signage, seating, and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential applicants and visitors.
- Collect and verify applicant information during the on-site registration process.
- Maintain a clean and organized event area, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.
- Support the administrative team with data entry and other general tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; enthusiasm is a must!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays if required.
- Basic computer skills for data entry are preferred.
