Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Oncology)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Mentor junior nursing staff and students
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO and state regulatory standards
- Lead crisis response protocols
Qualifications
- BSN or higher in Nursing (international equivalent accepted)
- Active RN license in home country
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL)
- Pass background and health screenings
- Commitment to 2-year minimum employment
- Experience with EMR systems
