Responsibilities
- Execute cross-functional projects in assigned department (marketing, finance, operations, or IT)
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership
- Analyze market data and prepare executive reports
- Lead cross-cultural team initiatives for international clients
- Shadow C-suite executives for leadership development
- Develop and implement process improvement solutions
- Present findings to department heads quarterly
Qualifications
- Current J1 Visa status or eligibility to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
