Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 enterprise systems
- Manage Active Directory and cloud-based security protocols
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and in-person
- Document troubleshooting processes in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with network engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new software deployments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred (not required)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional client visits)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
