What You'll Do
As a key member of our warehouse team, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods through our distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and maintain organized storage systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment using appropriate materials and methods.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; no college degree necessary.
- Experience: Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance preferred) is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy manual labor.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
