Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, cranes) with precision and safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Read blueprints and site plans for accurate project execution
- Collaborate with construction teams to meet project timelines
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Document operations and report equipment issues

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of equipment operation experience (excavator/bulldozer preferred)
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain

- Class B CDL license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
