Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and manufacturing tasks according to strict quality standards.
- Operate standard machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
- Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required for EB3 visa eligibility).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Relevant work experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
