Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology and market roadmap for the Year 2026 Initiative, aligning with executive leadership goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology, to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure the feasibility of future-forward strategies.
- Predict potential market disruptions and proactively develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company growth.
- Present complex strategic insights to stakeholders and board members in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market trends and leading long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
