Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of future technologies.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and engineers dedicated to innovation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends to anticipate shifts in the tech landscape and advise leadership accordingly.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget and resources required to bring visionary projects from concept to pilot.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Cloud Architecture, etc.) and their potential business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
- Innovation: A visionary mindset with a history of fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
