Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, 3-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on futuristic tech stacks and scalable architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to ensure alignment.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging tools and platforms to ensure we are investing in the right technologies for 2026.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop a strategy to attract top-tier talent specialized in future-forward technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-level advisory role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity trends expected by 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large, distributed engineering teams.
