Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the company's long-term technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT) and identify viable applications for our products.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, tech startups, and industry leaders to foster innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or executive role.
