Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology vision, specifically focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Future Tech trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of next-generation AI systems and cloud architectures to support future scalability.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to identify and prototype disruptive technologies that will provide a competitive advantage.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives and market opportunities.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists.
- Risk Management: Assess emerging technology risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy and future tech implementation.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI models.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
