Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for AI adoption leading up to 2026, including the integration of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on our business model.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for AI ethics, safety, and compliance.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, or AI implementation.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 AI landscape, including LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Strong background in strategic planning, financial modeling, and budget management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
