Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead research and development in high-impact areas, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum Readiness.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to experiment with cutting-edge technologies.
- Bridge the gap between engineering, product, and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
- Identify potential technological risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation and adoption strategies.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to support future scalability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of strategic planning and managing multi-year technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and their potential business applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
