Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients in a high-volume setting.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to execute events and seasonal promotions efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using Point of Sale systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or possess a valid H2B Visa to work in the United States.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Valid identification documents for I-9 verification.
