Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at premier Indianapolis venues
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness standards in guest areas and back-of-house
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume events
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Participate in mandatory pre-season training programs
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa eligibility with passport from designated country
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Availability for entire seasonal period (Jan-Dec 2026)
