Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at beachfront hotels and resorts
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain resort standards
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for seasonal functions
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with international team members to deliver seamless service
- Participate in seasonal training programs
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizen)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of standing/walking for 8+ hours daily
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid passport and visa documents
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Must pass background check and drug screening
