Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in daily operations of seasonal facilities, including preparation, service, or production tasks as assigned.
- Customer Service: Interact with guests or clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high standards of service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and co-workers to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance.
- Adaptability: Be flexible with schedule changes, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the season.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship and possess a valid passport.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, agriculture, or seasonal labor is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency is required for safety and operational instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours for the entire 2026 season duration.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
