Qualifications

- Eligible to work in the United States (Current H2B Visa holders or eligible to apply).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of performing strenuous manual labor.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis worksite.
